Happy Birthday Ethan

Today my first-born son Ethan turns 3 years old. When Ethan was born my wife and I knew that God had blessed us with an exceptional child. As joyful as we were when Ethan was born, raising him has been the ultimate joy. We are grateful everyday for what he has brought to our lives and how wonderful of a big brother he has been to our other pride and joy Noah. My wife Shannon and I want to wish our Ethan a happy birthday and express how grateful we are to God for giving us the greatest gift in the world. Ethan, Mommy and Daddy love you!

Somebody Gonna Be Eating Crow
Duke LaCrosse Team May Be Innocent

For decades the most hated person on college campuses are white males. In the eyes of student governments, newspapers and political organizations, white men are evil and are always wrong. That is why when a stripper at a party thrown by the Duke University LaCrosse team began claiming rape, the entire team was already found guilty before an arrest was made or a team member was questioned. However, recent developments in the case including DNA tests may prove that a rape did not occur.

It should be noted that by no means does this mean the alleged victim wasn't raped or members of the team were not involved. However, the rush to judgment was in itself a crime committed by the press and the student groups who convicted these athletes because they were white men. If this young woman was raped we should hope the culprit is caught, convicted and sent to prison. However, if her complaint is false due to unknown motives, she should be brought up on charges.

Reds beating up on the Cubs, lets hope so. I hope you didn't forget who you were talking too.
