Mazel Tov...It's a girl!
Congratulations to my friends Joe and Debbie Weiss on the birth of their second child. Lauren Renee Weiss came in at 7.8 lbs and 18 3/4 inches. Mommy and daughter are doing great, big brother Drew and daddy couldn't be prouder.
The View is ugly
When your a female comedian who isn't funny it's hard to find steady work, but luckily for the untalented, television interview guhru Barbar Walters created the The View. Now no-talent ass clowns such as Rosie O'Donnell and Joy Behar have a platform to make jokes about the shortcomings of others and at the same time force their left wing hateful agenda down the throats of millions of Americans everyday.
Imagine the media outrage if an entertainer known to a be politically conservative compared a Democrat to Adolph Hitler or made stereotypical imitations of Asians. The network news would be leading their broadcasts with the story and the New York Times would plaster it on the front page. Recently O'Donnnell made offensive remarks toward the Chinese when she referred to people discussing Danny Devito in China, "you can imagine in China it's like: 'Ching chong … ching chong. Danny DeVito, ching chong, chong, chong, chong. Drunk. 'The View.' Ching chong," O'Donnell said on a Dec. 5 episode of "The View." Since the incident O'Donnell did make an apology in the tradition of Mel Gibson and Terrell Owens. During the whole ordeal O'Donnell kept her nose held high being the elitist that she is and constantly shrugged off the incident, not understanding what the big deal is. I'm sure if a conservative guest on The View imitated Lesbian woman as having low voices, a crew cut and dressing in men's flannel she would of been outraged.
When it comes to the history of shameful remarks on The View, there is now a new champion in shame. Before yesterday, O'Donnell was the champion when she said Christian Fundamentalism was more dangerous than Islamic Fundamentalism. Today we have a new Queen of Shame and that title belongs to Joy Behar, "You have to put, like, a Hitler type [on the cover]," Behar said in response to a question about whether Time's selection of "You" was appropriate. "Like, you put Donald Rumsfeld there, or something," she said. That comment was shameful enough in my opinion to award Behar the Queen of Shame crown. However, last week she brought up the possibility that there was a Republican conspiracy to take back control of the senate by causing Democratic Sen, Tim Johnson to have a stroke. “Is there such a thing as a man-made stroke?" Behar asked. "In other words, did someone do this to him?” Her co-hosts seemed amazed at the comment, but played along. Behar kept the rhetoric coming and eventually co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck asked "Why is everything coming from the liberal perspective a conspiracy?”
Behar answered: “I know what this, that party is capable of.” Twilight zone music please.
Behar statement comparing Rumsfeld to Hitler is just the latest example of liberals attempting to scare people by making comparison comments to Hitler. It takes a lot to offend your brilliant blogger. However, whenever I hear someone decide to scare people by comparing someone or a policy they don't like to Hitler or Nazi's, I'm greatly offended. you want a Hitler comparison, how about Sadam Hussein murdering nearly 1 million of his own people. Agree or disagree with the Iraq war, don't claim the man who tried liberating those people is comparable to the man who annihilated 6 million human beings.
Behar should be fired and Barabara Walters, who is Jewish, should be ashamed of herself for permitting this moron to continue working for her.
